Tri-S Recruiters is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a startup manufacturing facility in Georgia. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive safety, quality, and productivity across first and second shifts.

You will mentor production staff, optimize process parameters, and coordinate with maintenance and tooling to minimize downtime while implementing SOPs and continuous improvements as the operation scales.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in injection molding operations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet schedules and quality targets.
• Provide direction and technical support to production personnel.
• Oversee machine setups, startups, mold changes, and changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Monitor performance, cycle times, material usage, and process consistency.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Tooling, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
