Job summary

RNInk seeks an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to oversee daily injection molding operations at a startup manufacturing facility in McDonough, GA. You'll lead hands-on production, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and drive process improvements across first and second shifts.

You will supervise machine setups, troubleshoot defects, coordinate with maintenance and tooling, and help establish SOPs and standardized practices to support scale-up and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in injection molding operations.
• Experience supervising production teams or leading a shift.
• Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet schedules, quality standards, and efficiency goals.
• Provide hands-on leadership, training, and technical support to operators across assigned operations.
• Oversee machine startups, mold changes, and equipment changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
