This hands-on leadership role focuses on establishing efficient processes, supporting equipment startup, and upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards through coaching, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in injection molding operations with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.
• Able to identify molding defects and improve cycle times.
• Experience with thermoplastic materials and material handling.
• Experience supporting startups or new processes in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering or Manufacturing preferred; or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet schedules and quality goals.
• Provide training and technical support to production personnel.
• Oversee machine setups, mold changes, and changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Monitor cycle times, material usage, and process consistency.
• Develop and implement SOPs in the startup facility.
