Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Startups Performance Lead to drive data-driven targeting across SMB, startups, and corporate segments. You will own propensity models and deploy targeting lists within the startup space, coordinating with Strategy & Operations, BI, and GTM teams to measure impact.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, scale plays, and report outcomes to senior leadership. English resume required; preferred locations include Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boulder, CO.

Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in management consulting, finance, or business strategy.
• Direct experience with sales targeting models and GTM metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance and scaling of targeting intelligence for GTM plays.
• Develop multi-source propensity models using first- and third-party signals.
• Collaborate with Strategy & Operations, BI, and GTM teams to deploy outputs.
• Drive measurement frameworks and KPIs to track commercial impact.
• Scale data-driven plays within the startup segment and report to leadership.
