Google is seeking a GTM Strategy and Transformation Lead to define, land and execute on our key priorities for Cloud Go-To-Market, driving operational excellence, growth, and productivity across the business. You will plan territory design, expand plans, provide business insights, enable cross-functional alignment, and manage initiatives with executives and field teams across Atlanta, Austin, Boulder, Chicago, and other U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Influence executive-level decisions on core business topics (e.g., prioritization, field activation, change management, growth opportunities).
• Be a trusted advisor, communicating and solving complex business issues while supporting priorities.
• Design and execute change management strategies with People Operations and Enablement to define criteria and milestones.
• Improve operations by launching programs, setting goals, and optimizing resources and cadences.
• Support fiscal planning cycles and monitor ROI of initiatives.
