• Develop new business by acquiring relationships, deepening existing ones, and leading internal strategic discussions across credit and payments.
• Identify diverse founders for innovation via a referral network and relationship development.
• Foster a culture of innovation with a customer focus while managing credit, operational and reputational risk.
• Passion for startup ecosystem and entrepreneurship; stay current on trends to spot opportunities.
