You will recruit and mentor a team of technical sales professionals, drive a scalable startup engagement, and work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and partnerships to accelerate deployments of OpenAI APIs. The role requires deep experience with startups, product-led growth, and complex deal execution, along with strong executive relationship management and a passion for AI’s

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading Sales teams and/or revenue organizations.
• Experience with startups or startup customers, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record selling platform-as-a-service/software-at-scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sellers and own the startup GTM strategy.
• Build and execute complex programs with startup customers.
• Forecast consumption revenue and drive executive relationships.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, developer relations, and other GTM teams.
