Southern Star is hiring a Starlink Technician to install and service Starlink, delivering high-speed internet to rural communities. You will be a technology ambassador, helping customers get online and maximize their new service, with earnings growing through commissions and bonuses.

Training opens a path to Senior and Master Tech roles with higher pay and benefits, plus company vehicle after training and a monthly device stipend. Paid training and growth opportunities are offered.

Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment.

We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.

If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay. However, the earning potential is much higher!

As a Southern Star Starlink Technician, you'll install and service Starlink, the high-speed satellite internet connecting homes across rural and underserved communities. You'll do more than install equipment. You'll be a technology ambassador who gets customers online and shows them how to make the most of their new service.
