Southern Star in Seminole, TX is hiring a Starlink Technician to install and service Starlink satellite internet for homes in rural areas. You’ll be a technology ambassador, helping customers go online and showing them how to use their service.

This role offers paid training, a base hourly pay with commissions, and opportunities to advance to Senior and Master Tech. A company vehicle is provided after training, with benefits like 401(k) and PTO.

Formación

• Ability to climb ladders up to 38 ft and work in crawl spaces.

Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment.

We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.

If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay. However, the earning potential is much higher!

As a Southern Star Starlink Technician, you'll install and service Starlink, the high-speed satellite internet connecting homes across rural and underserved communities. You'll do more than install equipment. You'll be a technology ambassador who gets customers online and shows them how to make the most of their new service.

• Technical Skills:Strong technical knowledge and the ability to climb ladders up to 38 ft and work in crawl spaces.

• Clear background check, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Record.
