Southern Star is hiring a Starlink Technician to install and service Starlink in rural and underserved communities. You’ll be the technology ambassador, getting customers online and showing them how to use the service.

Training pays $17.00 per hour, with a $0.50 increase after 60 days. Post-training, a guaranteed $20.00 per hour through the first 9 months, plus bonuses and commissions; earning potential rises as you advance to Senior and Master Tech roles, with extra benefits listed in the

Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment.

We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.

If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay. However, the earning potential is much higher!

As a Southern Star Starlink Technician, you'll install and service Starlink, the high-speed satellite internet connecting homes across rural and underserved communities. You'll do more than install equipment. You'll be a technology ambassador who gets customers online and shows them how to make the most of their new service.
