Southern Star is seeking a Starlink Technician to install and service Starlink systems, helping customers get online and use their new service effectively. The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and ongoing training with opportunities to advance to Senior and Master Technician.

You will start with comprehensive training, earn an hourly base rate, and qualify for commissions and additional bonuses as you grow your skills and responsibilities within Southern Star.

Formación

• Clear background check, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Record are required.

Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment.

We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.

If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay. However, the earning potential is much higher!

As a Southern Star Starlink Technician, you'll install and service Starlink, the high-speed satellite internet connecting homes across rural and underserved communities. You'll do more than install equipment. You'll be a technology ambassador who gets customers online and shows them how to make the most of their new service.
