Southern Star is hiring a Starlink Technician in Blackwell, AR to install and service Starlink satellite internet for rural and underserved homes. You will help customers get online and learn to maximize their new service.

During training, base pay starts at $17.00 per hour, with a $0.50 increase after 60 days. After training, a guaranteed $20.00 per hour through the first 9 months, plus bonuses and commissions to boost earnings. This is a growth-focused role with multiple levels.

Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment.

We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.

If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay. However, the earning potential is much higher!

As a Southern Star Starlink Technician, you'll install and service Starlink, the high-speed satellite internet connecting homes across rural and underserved communities. You'll do more than install equipment. You'll be a technology ambassador who gets customers online and shows them how to make the most of their new service.

• Travel:Willing to travel up to 20% of the time. Lodging and per diem are covered by SSI.

• Clear background check, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Record.
