Macy’s in Concord, CA is seeking a Manager, Starbucks to lead the licensed Starbucks cafe inside the store. You will oversee daily operations, hire and develop Supervisors and Baristas, and drive sales, profitability, and brand standards while ensuring guest satisfaction and food safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of retail/restaurant/food service management.
• Starbucks licensed cafe experience preferred; ServSafe certification or local permit required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cafe operations daily, ensuring safety, efficiency, and brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Supervisors and Baristas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Starbucks and Macy’s standards.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and costs to maintain service levels and profitability.
• Ensure food/beverage quality, inventory, ordering, and vendor management.
• Review financial reports to meet sales, expenses, and profit goals.
• Maintain health, sanitation, and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Collaborate with Macy’s leadership and Starbucks District Managers.
• Model professionalism and alignment with company values.
• Foster inclusive, respectful environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
