Macy’s is seeking a Manager for the licensed Starbucks café inside Macy’s. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and lead a motivated team while upholding Starbucks and Macy’s standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and excellent customer service are essential for delivering a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail, restaurant, or food service management experience.
• Must be ServSafe certified or have food handler permit as required by state/local health department.
• Must obtain Barista Basics, Barista Trainer, Daily Ops, and LS Leader certifications within introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Oversee café operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, brand-right environment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Supervisors and Baristas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per Starbucks and Macy’s standards.
• Ensure proper food/beverage preparation, presentation, and merchandising.
