Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Manager, Starbucks to lead the licensed Starbucks cafe inside our Burlington location. You will drive sales, ensure brand standards, manage a high-performing team, and uphold health and safety regulations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail/food service management, ServSafe or state food handler credentials, and the ability to obtain Starbucks certifications within the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in retail, restaurant, or food service management.
• ServSafe certification or state food handler permits may be required.
• Able to obtain Starbucks Licensed certifications within introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cafe operations ensuring a safe, brand-right environment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Supervisors and Baristas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per Starbucks and Macy's standards.
• Manage schedules, labor plans, and optimize productivity.
• Control costs via inventory, ordering, and invoice processing.
• Review financial reports to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure food safety and health regulations; maintain clean cafe.
• Oversee cash handling and POS operations.
• Partner with Macy's leadership and Starbucks District Managers.
• Demonstrate professional behavior and uphold company values.
• Foster inclusive environment and community connections.
