Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Starbase Infrastructure in Texas. You will lead multidisciplinary construction projects from design through commissioning, owning both field execution and administrative oversight to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met.

You will write and manage contracts, coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, and interact with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in construction management or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage design, engineering, and construction contracts across multiple disciplines.
• Perform project control tasks including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, logistics, and coordination.
• Manage all aspects of multidisciplinary construction projects in the field and office.
• Interact with contractors, designers, fabricators, and internal customers.
• Oversee full lifecycle of projects to ensure on-time, under-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
