Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Starbase Infrastructure in South Texas to lead multi-disciplinary construction programs from design through commissioning. This role supports the Starbase area and other SpaceX facilities, coordinating across engineering, design, and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in construction management or engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, construction science, or an engineering discipline.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage contracts across multiple disciplines through close-out.
• Manage project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, logistics, and coordination.
• Oversee full lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects in the field.
• Interact with contractors, designers, fabricators, and internal customers.
• Resolve design and construction conflicts in real time on the job site.
