SpaceX in Starbase, TX is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to spearhead design, construction, and activation of residential and commercial infrastructure. The role is based in South Texas (Brownsville/South Padre area) with autonomy to innovate and impact at a groundbreaking scale.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential architecture, engineering, construction management, or facilities development.
• Proficiency with residential project management tools and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of residential permitting, building codes, and environmental regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all facets of multi-disciplinary residential construction projects on-site from foundation to finish.
• Champion the full project lifecycle for residential builds focusing on customer satisfaction and sustainability.
• Solicit and evaluate proposals from architects, engineers, and contractors; award contracts.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage comprehensive construction contracts for residential disciplines.
• Develop detailed project controls including scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
