SpaceX in Texas is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead engineering-driven infrastructure projects at Starbase and other facilities. You will own projects from scope through closeout, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Typical responsibilities include cost planning, schedule development, contractor management, and field issue resolution to keep operations on track in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management required or 5+ years of commercial construction experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, and calculations; mark up coordination items.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit and field coordination on large projects.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects to deliver on time and under budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors; gather proposals and bids.
• Develop final cost and schedule, track costs, and manage changes.
• Write and manage contracts with subcontractors across multiple trades.
• Ensure site safety, OSHA compliance, and environmental requirements.
• Resolve field design and construction conflicts in real time.
