Job summary

SpaceX in Brownsville, Texas, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead Starbase infrastructure projects, writing and managing contracts, coordinating engineers and managers across disciplines, and delivering on-time, under-budget results.

You will oversee design and construction across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and related disciplines while managing budgets, schedules, and approvals. You will interact with contractors and internal teams to meet mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in construction management or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage design, engineering, and construction contracts across multiple disciplines through contract close-out.
• Perform project control tasks including project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, logistics, and operational coordination.
• Manage all aspects of multidisciplinary construction projects, both as an administrator and in the field.
• Interact with contractors, designers, fabricators, and internal customers.
• Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time in the field.
• Oversee and own the full lifecycle of projects to achieve on-time and under-budget delivery with customer satisfaction.
