Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction management or engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, construction science, or engineering.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.
• Design experience in a technical field.
• Basic proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of permitting processes and environmental agencies.
• Understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, and surveying.
• Experience with major construction project estimating, cost control, schedule, and contractor management.
• Ability to read and approve shop drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ability to adapt roles quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage design, engineering, and construction contracts.
• Perform project control tasks: scheduling, budgeting, quality control, logistics.
• Manage multidisciplinary construction projects in field and admin.
• Interact with contractors, designers, fabricators, and internal customers.
• Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time.
• Oversee full project lifecycle to achieve on-time, under-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with end user and facilities team for operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate with night shift contractors when needed.
• Communicate with internal legal team about disputes.
