Job summary

SpaceX in Texas is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the design, build, and activation of infrastructure and large capital projects at Starbase and other facilities. You will own tasks from start to finish to create a world-class campus.

This role requires coordinating with elite engineers and contractors, managing cost, schedule, and safety, and guiding projects through approvals while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management; 1+ year field experience or 5+ years applicable in lieu of degree.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and specifications; strong cost and schedule awareness.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary construction coordination and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multi-disciplinary construction projects to ensure on-time, under-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors; manage proposals and bids.
• Develop cost and schedule baselines; monitor progress and implement controls.
• Facilitate regulatory approvals and ensure site safety and OSHA compliance.
• Manage night shifts and site operations as project needs dictate.
