SpaceX is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Starbase Infrastructure in South Texas. You will lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from design through commissioning, coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver under tight schedules and budgets.

The role emphasizes contract management, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance while ensuring safety and quality across site operations and government approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in construction management or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage design, engineering, and construction contracts across multiple disciplines through close-out.
• Perform project control tasks including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, logistics, and coordination.
• Manage all aspects of multidisciplinary construction projects in administration and field.
• Interact with contractors, designers, fabricators, and internal customers.
• Resolve design and construction conflicts in real time in the field.
• Oversee full lifecycle of projects to ensure on-time, under-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
