Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Starbase, TX is seeking a Sr. Construction Superintendent for Starbase Infrastructure. You will supervise and lead laborers/contractors to build and activate infrastructure for multiple projects.

Responsibilities include site leadership, logistics planning, asset management, safety enforcement, daily coordination, scheduling, and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 3+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.
• Field experience in a technical field or managing a multi-discipline team.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and own day-to-day site management on a fast-paced construction project.
• Manage a team dedicated to construction site logistics, schedules, and resources.
• Plan, implement, and enforce construction site logistics to meet goals.
• Manage construction assets including trailers, porta potties and rental equipment.
• Enforce safety policies and drive safety culture on site.
• Coordinate daily field operations and resolve contractor/partner issues.
• Oversee site logistics, deliveries, offloading, inventory and staging.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and barricades; ensure SWPP compliance.
• Create and update schedules with engineering and PM teams.
• Maintain daily job site logs and report to management.
• Coordinate with end user and facilities for operations and maintenance.
• Manage night shift contractors as needed; adapt to deadlines.
