United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead the Starship pad build in Starbase, TX. The role focuses on overseeing daily site management, coordinating labor, and ensuring safety and compliance across all activities, working with engineering and project management to meet deadlines.

The candidate will manage site logistics, schedules, and contractor performance while maintaining quality and budget controls in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the construction or aerospace industries with experience leading or coordinating a labor force.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with a trade skill in welding, tubing, vertical building, integration, machining, fabrication, or heavy equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and own the day-to-day site management of a fast-paced, high-impact construction project.
• Manage a team dedicated to construction site logistics/operations, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation.
• Plan, implement, and enforce construction site logistics to enable broader project goals and schedule.
• Manage the company construction assets (trailers, portable restrooms, rental equipment, etc.).
• Implement and enforce the company safety policies; drive the safety culture on the jobsite through contractor and internal partners.
• Coordinate and resolve conflicts in the field for contractors and internal partners on a daily basis.
