Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multidisciplinary construction projects, both as an administrator and in the field.
• Direct all field personnel to achieve completion on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship.
• Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time on-site.
• Promote job site safety and rectify hazards immediately.
• Oversee and own the full lifecycle of projects to achieve on-time, under-budget delivery.
• Develop final cost and schedule for the project and manage cost controls.
