Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the construction or aerospace industries with experience leading or coordinating a labor force.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with a construction trade skill.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and own the day-to-day site management of a fast-paced project.
• Plan and enforce construction site logistics to meet schedule.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, inventory, and material staging.
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture on site.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management for schedules and budgets.
• Maintain daily log and report to management.
