Job summary

SpaceX in Starbase, TX is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site management of the Starship pad build, leading laborers and contractors.

You will coordinate schedules, logistics, safety programs, and asset management while collaborating with engineering and project management to meet aggressive deadlines. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years leading or coordinating labor in construction or aerospace.
• 3+ years hands-on with a trade skill such as welding, tubing, vertical building, integration, machining, fabrication, or heavy equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management of a fast-paced construction project and coordinate field teams.
• Plan and enforce site logistics, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project goals.
• Manage construction assets and enforce SpaceX safety policies on site.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management; resolve field conflicts daily.
• Handle procurement, cost/schedule controls, and sub-project coordination.
