Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 3+ years leading or coordinating a labor force in construction or aerospace.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with welding, tubing, vertical building, integration, machining, fabrication, or heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management of a fast-paced project.
• Lead a team of laborers and contractors, manage schedules and resources.
• Enforce safety policies and drive safety culture on site.
• Coordinate field conflicts and manage material deliveries and storage.
• Develop and track construction cost, schedule, and scope with PM team.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
