Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Construction Superintendent for Starbase Infrastructure to oversee and lead a team of laborers and contractors on a fast-paced project. You will manage site logistics, safety policies, scheduling, and coordination with engineering and project management to meet deadlines and budgets.

You will also ensure compliance with regulations, maintain daily logs, and coordinate with facilities for ongoing operations. Travel to sites may be required as project needs arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management of a fast-paced construction project.
• Lead a team of laborers and contractors; manage schedules and resources.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and storage of materials.
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture on-site.
• Create and maintain project schedules in coordination with engineering and PM teams.
• Coordinate with end users and facilities for building operations and maintenance.
• Manage night shift contractors as needed.
