Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 8+ years in the construction industry.
• 4+ years leading the coordination of multiple construction trades.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities projects to ensure vendors meet standards while delivering services, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Plan and direct construction activities for internal resources and subcontractors, leading coordination meetings.
• Maintain daily logs, progress and financial reports for facility construction.
• Enforce subcontractor contract expectations and address discrepancies.
• Approve work by subcontractors and manage related issues.
• Authorize subcontractor payments after inspection.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and safe work site practices.
• Coordinate inspections with local officials and ensure timely completion.
• Create purchase orders to support project execution (rentals, materials, labor).
