Job summary

PFG Customized in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to support our food distribution operations. You will operate a Standup Reach Truck, move freight, and maintain safe, accurate storage flows across multi-temperature areas.

The role requires basic warehouse experience, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 90 pounds, with Sunday-Thursday scheduling and daily start times around 9am. Competitive pay plus incentive awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to operate a Standup Reach Truck safely.
• Stable work history with reliability and dependability.
• Willingness to work Sundays to Thursdays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate Standup Reach Truck in freezer and other zones.
• Locate slots on storage racks and place pallets accordingly.
• Transport freight to freezer and replenish pick slots.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets per location.
• Perform safety checks and keep work area clean.
