Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team Member in Lebanon, TN to manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of finished goods while prioritizing safety and efficiency. You will operate forklifts, handle stock, and perform inventory tasks to support production and distribution.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, a HS diploma or GED, and the ability to work in a cold environment. The role emphasizes teamwork and accurate data entry in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with stand-up forklift experience.
• Must have HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write and understand instructions, warnings, labels and postings in English effectively.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• Must be able to ensure proper product rotation and understand and perform lot and computer control.
• Must be able to work as a TEAM.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and have strong decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship orders for pick up or delivery according to schedule and order instructions.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, and store).
• Perform inventory transactions accurately and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Communicate and cooperate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Follow and comply with procedures, rules and policies.
• Maintains a positive attitude and gets along well with coworkers.
• Exhibits teamwork and willingness to help others.
