The role requires standing, lifting up to 90 pounds, and overtime. Pay is $22.39 per hour plus incentives, with benefits starting Day 1 and growth opportunities within a team‑based logistics operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to work scheduled overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift 10-35 pounds; up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Locates proper slot on storage racks, sets pallets in place with forklift or hand stack items.
• Locates and performs count check of incoming freight in the staging area and transports to freezer with forklift/pallet jack.
• Replenishes pick slots with outgoing stock items according to next day's work orders.
• Rotates date-sensitive stock to the front of the rack and removes outdated inventory per policy.
• Disperses over-stocked items to available slots for temporary storage.
• Removes empty pallets and waste; inspects pallets and moves to storage area.
