Qualifications

• 6 years' experience in automotive or automated vehicle engineering, project management, project engineering, or technical management roles.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, science, or business management.
• Technical/engineering expertise with experience in standards use, development, or auditing (automotive/automated industry preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with excellent analytical, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to organize, work on multiple assignments, and handle confidential information.
• Strong project management skills and global/cultural sensitivities.
• Attention to detail and strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of trade association operations.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical and engineering expertise to manage projects and product development for standards and reports.
• Develop proposals for statements of work for new or revised standards and technical reports.
• Plan and conduct technical meetings, prepare materials, and present results for industry coordination.
• Support conferences, workshops, and marketing materials related to standards programs.
• Provide technical oversight reports, ensure timely release of documents, and close non-conformances.
