Job summary

Piedmont Beverage Company, a franchisee of 7 Brew, seeks a Stand Manager for our Asheville, NC stand. You will lead daily operations, oversee staff scheduling, ensure fast, accurate service, and maintain a positive, high-energy environment that empowers the team and delights guests.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive safety, quality, and financial performance while coaching colleagues and coordinating with corporate partners and the community.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities.
• Ability to address operational, procedural, or cultural issues confidently.
• Understanding safety standards, food handling rules, and compliance alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team, recruiting, training, coaching and growing staff with a culture of kindness and accountability.
• Oversee daily stand operations, maintain cleanliness and product quality, manage inventory, and ensure health and safety standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience with welcoming service and fast, accurate orders.
• Drive labor and cost controls, track stand performance, and support local marketing efforts.
• Communicate effectively with HR/Operations/Training and maintain strong partnerships with corporate and the community.
