Job summary

Piedmont Beverage Company, a franchisee of 7 Brew, seeks a Stand Manager for our Winston-Salem location to lead daily operations, develop the crew, and deliver fast, friendly service.

In this full-time role, you will cultivate a positive team culture, ensure high standards, and meet financial targets while coaching staff and coordinating with HR, Operations, and training. You will work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional cross-stand training.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for uplifting interactions with team members and customers.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in fast-paced service.
• Strong problem-solving skills; stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to address operational or cultural issues confidently.
• Excellent communication, organization and project management.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment.
• Understanding safety standards and food handling compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team to foster kindness, energy, excellence, and accountability.
• Oversee daily stand operations, cleanliness, product quality, inventory, and safety standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and resolve guest concerns to improve metrics.
• Manage labor and costs, track stand performance, and support local marketing.
• Collaborate with HR/Operations/Training and maintain relationships with partners and community.
