Job summary

Piedmont Beverage Company, a franchisee of 7 Brew, is seeking a Stand Manager for its Winston‑Salem area location. You will lead the stand team, manage schedules, inventory, and standards, and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced drive‑thru environment.

This role reports to the Regional Manager and requires a hands‑on leader who can foster a positive, energetic workplace while achieving financial targets and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to address operational or cultural issues confidently.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team, recruiting and coaching to foster a positive culture.
• Oversee daily stand operations, cleanliness, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with fast, accurate, and friendly interactions.
• Manage labor and costs, drive local marketing, and cash handling.
• Communicate effectively with HR, Operations, Training, and corporate partners.
