• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team: recruit, train, coach, and grow team members while fostering a culture of kindness, energy, excellence, and accountability.
• Ensure operational excellence: oversee daily operations, maintain cleanliness and product quality, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with equipment, health, and safety standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience: create a welcoming environment, ensure fast and accurate service, resolve concerns quickly, and continuously improve service metrics.
• Drive financial and business performance: manage labor and cost controls, track stand performance, execute local marketing efforts, and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively: keep team members informed, partner with HR/Operations/Training, and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and the community.
