The role requires a full-time schedule with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Expect 33+ hours per week and occasional travel for training and cross-stand support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Understanding safety standards, food handling rules, and compliance alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team, recruit, train, coach, and grow team members while promoting kindness, energy, excellence, and accountability.
• Oversee daily operations, maintain cleanliness and product quality, manage inventory, ensure equipment, health, and safety standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience with a welcoming environment, fast and accurate service, and issue resolution.
• Drive financial and business performance by managing labor and costs, tracking stand performance, and supporting local marketing.
• Communicate and collaborate with HR/Operations/Training and maintain relationships with corporate partners and the community.
