Job summary

Piedmont Beverage Company, a franchisee of 7 Brew, is seeking a Stand Manager for our Mt. Airy location. This role oversees daily stand operations, develops a high-energy team, and delivers exceptional customer experiences with speed and hospitality.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll manage staff, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive financial performance while fostering a fun, team-first culture for all crew members.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Genuine passion for uplifting interactions with team members and customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities.
• Ability to address operational, procedural, or cultural issues confidently.
• Understanding safety standards, food handling rules, and compliance alignment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team through recruitment, training, coaching, and growth.
• Oversee daily operations, maintain cleanliness and product quality, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service while resolving guest concerns.
• Manage labor and costs, track stand performance, and support local marketing efforts.
• Communicate effectively with HR/Operations/Training and partner with stakeholders.
