Job summary

Piedmont Beverage Company, a franchisee of 7 Brew, is seeking a Stand Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy drive-thru stand. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure service standards, manage inventory, and uphold safety and quality across shifts.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive guest experiences, monitor labor and costs, and partner with HR/Operations on training and culture. Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Deliver a welcoming, fast, accurate service and resolve customer concerns while improving service metrics.

• Communicate with team, HR/Operations/Training, and maintain relationships with partners and community.

• Communicate + Collaborate Effectively: Keep team members informed, partner with HR/Operations/Training, and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and the community.
