Job summary

7 Brew in Leesburg, FL is seeking an experienced Location Manager to drive growth, ensure profitable operation, and preserve our culture and values. You will lead the crew, coach staff, and oversee scheduling, inventory, and admin duties on your stand.

You will report to the Regional Manager and be responsible for continuous leadership development, performance feedback, and implementing directives from upper management while prioritizing guest experience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.
• Beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings and late nights.
• Strong coaching and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead location growth and profitable operation while upholding Brewista culture.
• Coach, train, and oversee shifts and staff.
• Create weekly schedules balancing labor costs and customer wait times.
• Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste.
• Ensure cash handling and deposits are accurate.
• Communicate directives from upper management and develop new leaders.
