Job summary

7 Brew is expanding to Fort Myers, FL, seeking a stand manager to lead a dynamic team at a new location opening August 2026. The role offers a base salary of $55,000 with potential bonuses and growth opportunities within the Brew Crew.

The Manager will drive location growth, ensure profitable operations, uphold the company culture and values, and coach a team of Brewistas and Shift Leads, reporting to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.
• Beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain energy, connection, and culture across shift teams.

Responsibilities

• Must be proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions.
• Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and growth areas.
• Create a weekly shift schedule with low labor costs while ensuring quick service.
• Track and order inventory, small wares, parts, and equipment to control costs.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change for stand.
• Lead team bonding and development through regular meetings and events.
• Own solutions by solving issues or involving a partner/vendor as needed.
• Ensure crew meets health requirements and standards.
• Develop new leaders to fill upcoming roles.
• Communicate directives from upper management promptly.
• Delegate tasks to leadership and Brewistas to improve efficiency.
