Job summary

7 Brew Coffee seeks a hands-on Manager to drive location growth and profitable operations while preserving the brand culture and values. You will lead a crew, coach, train, and handle admin duties, reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will schedule weekly shifts, manage inventory and costs, ensure cash handling accuracy, and develop new leaders for future roles in a fast-paced stand environment.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Ability to coach, train, and oversee operations; manage admin duties as needed.
• Experience in coaching, scheduling, inventory, and leading large teams.
