7 Brew Coffee is seeking a Stand Manager to lead a busy stand, drive growth and uphold company culture. You will supervise the crew, coach staff, and oversee daily operations while ensuring fast service and quality guest interactions.

The role requires flexible schedules, weekend work, and a strong focus on safety, inventory, and cost control. Base salary starts at $55,000 with potential monthly bonuses based on store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage 40+ team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading a diverse crew and coaching for peak performance.
• Able to comply with health and safety standards across the stand.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets.
• Maintain excellent wait times, cleanliness and customer interactions through training and coaching.
• Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and growth areas.
• Create weekly shift schedules, balancing labor costs with service speed.
• Track and order inventory and equipment while controlling costs.
• Manage cash handling, deposits and change for the stand.
• Facilitate team meetings and development for Shift Leads and Brewistas.
• Address operational or cultural issues with leadership and partners.
