Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking a Manager responsible for location growth, profitable operations, and preserving company culture and values. You will lead your crew, foster genuine connections, and manage the stand(s) with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, admin duties, and overseeing overall operations, while reporting to the District Manager. This full-time role requires flexibility in shifts and the ability to lead 40+ staff during peak

Maintain excellent customer interactions and wait times through coaching.
Ability to coach, train, and perform admin duties; oversee operations.

Responsibilities

Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets.
Maintain excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training, coaching, and encouragement.
Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and areas of growth.
Work with the crew’s needs to create a weekly shift schedule maintaining low labor cost and fast service.
Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment.
Handle cash deposits and change for the stand.
Lead team bonding and development through regular meetings and events.
