Job summary

7 Brew Coffee in Port Charlotte is seeking a Stand Manager to lead a growing team at our new location opening summer 2025. You will drive location growth, oversee daily operations, and safeguard 7 Brew’s culture and values.

This full-time role requires coaching staff, planning schedules, inventory control, and ensuring health and safety standards while delivering great guest experiences. Base salary is $55,000 with potential for store-level bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a 40+ person team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to coach and train staff and manage schedules.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions.
• Provide regular feedback to team members on strengths and growth areas.
• Create weekly shift schedules with labor control to balance costs and service.
• Track inventory and order supplies while controlling costs.
• Ensure cash handling and deposits are accurate.
• Lead team development and conduct regular meetings.
• Implement directives from upper management.
• Develop future leaders for upcoming roles.
