Job summary

Piedmont Beverage Company, a franchisee of 7 Brew, is seeking a Stand Manager to oversee daily operations of the assigned stand. This leader will recruit, train, and coach team members, maintain fast and friendly service, and ensure product quality while upholding safety standards and cost controls.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll foster a positive, energetic workplace, manage labor and inventory, and partner with HR, Operations, and Training to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for uplifting interactions with team members and customers.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to address operational, procedural, or cultural issues confidently.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Understanding safety standards, food handling rules, and compliance alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team; recruit, train, coach, and grow staff with a culture of kindness and accountability.
• Oversee daily operations; maintain cleanliness, quality, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience; ensure fast, accurate service and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage labor and costs; track stand performance and support local marketing.
