Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate unit FTE structure using reports.
• Collaborate with leaders to plan staffing and scheduling.
• Process employee timecards and ensure code accuracy.
• Review and adjust premium pay and missed data pre-payroll.
• Educate staff on scheduling and payroll policies; support union rules.
